Showing up at the shrine, Diopside saw the wear the salt water inflicted onto the stoneworks. There were leaks all over the place, leaving puddles. Worse were the monsters roaming the place, if Tanzanite couldn’t fight off a bear then Diopside would be alone in fighting them.

“Find what you are looking for, I’ll keep them busy.” The gem on her throat glowed, and her quarterstaff came from it. Running in, she drew the attention of the monsters as she started to fight them.
“Right…” Tanzanite scanned the room, finding nothing of importance thus far she immediately went towards the stairs while Diopside fought off the monsters.

However, she was met with several of the lobster monsters crowding the staircase. They noticed her and went towards her. “Tch…” Tanzanite hovered above them as they reached up and snapped their claws at her.
Getting thrashed about by monsters wasn’t exactly how Diopside expected to spend her day. Much less doing all of this for a loyalist. Either way, she had no intention to die here. After defeating a very violent snapping turtle, one of her arms was wrapped up by the tentacle of a jellyfish creature and given a nasty zap.
Her arm numb, she pushed a pillar in the way of the monsters before falling back to the stairs. The lobsters came up to meet her and she faced them. “You might not have a reason to care if I live or die, but I do hope you’re nearly done.”

“No, I haven’t found what I’m looking for.” She called back, Tanzanite quickly zipped to the top of the Shrine and into a room full of hourglasses.

Her gem shown brightly, indicating she was in the right place. “Alright… that rebel Diopside should be fine while I look for what I came here for… I still need her as a bodyguard after all…” she mumbled to herself inspecting each hourglass but not touching any of them. Her gem didn’t react to any of the hourglasses and this puzzled Tanzanite greatly.

“No… it should be right here…. where is it? Where’s the Glass of Time?” She looked around the room, her brows furrowing as something grew inside her. “Where..?”

For those who don’t know, MAP stands for Minor Attracted Person, more commonly known as a pedophile. Tanzanite just blinked before getting on the pad and teleporting with Diopside off to the Sea Shrine.

They were extremely lucky that the Sea Shrine was still surfaced above water, but that only meant that corrupted gems were roaming its halls.

Reaching the platform Diopside shook her head. “It probably means nothing to you, but thank you.”
Following behind her, Tanzanite studied the warp pad and before she could hover above the platform, stopped midway at those words.

“Why are you thanking me?” She showed her curiosity through the raising of a single brow.
